Best and Most Effective Diet Plans…

As we get closer to the launch of our Wii Fit series, I have been checking out some of the best diet plans that are now on the scene.  There is Sugar Busters, Fit for Life, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig and more.

The one that seems to have the most visible results is the BBC diet.  BBC stands for Buy Bigger Clothes.  You go out and buy a whole new wardrobe of bigger clothes.  Then, people will come up to you and say, “Wow, it looks like you have lost a lot of weight!”  You honestly reply, “I guess it is the BBC diet.”

On April 15th, we will get into something much healthier than the BBC Diet!   Until then, I am heading out to Old Navy!

  1. I have found that the Primal Blueprint (similar to the Paleo) diet is effective, easy and requires no keeping score or packaged foods.
Lots of protein fruits, vegetables and very limited grains and dairy.
Following this diet has improved my cholesterol and my blood sugar as well allowing me to eat plenty and lose weight.

  2. Morning!

Is there a proofreader for the online content there at Crossroads? I was just now on the site to confirm the service times for today and the weekend, and before I even got to the Easter “slider” announcement up on top, I spotted:

On the Wizard of Oz “slider:” details is misspelled

On Pastor Booher’s blog: scene, not seen, and than, not then, the BBC.

And then, when the Easter slider did appear, I see there will be sign inperpretation, not interpreatation.

Not the first time I’ve noticed a number of errors on the site either. Without trying to fathom the logistics at this point, I would like to say that as a possible remedy, I would be readily be available to proofread content at anytime. I write professionally, and though not infallible, can usually spot misspellings, transverse letters, proper verb/tense agreements, and the occasional split infinitive. Lol.

    Sincerely and in His name,

    Terri

  3. Of course, my response has an error…eek! Could you please remove the extra “be” in between readily and available. Humility is a virtue, no?

  4. and interpretation, not inperpretation or interpreatation…..geez…more coffee, Terri?
