Jeremiah 6
16 Thus says the LORD, “Stand by the ways and see and ask for the ancient paths, Where the good way is, and walk in it; And you will find rest for your souls. But they said, ‘We will not walk in it.’

Ask for The Ancient Paths.
It seems that many feel the Bible and the Ways of God are Old Fashion.
When we look at them, they seem to be for another time and another place.
They do not fit with life as we know it today.

That is true!
It is not for a world where marriage is not honored.
Where families are dysfunctional.
Where people are in despair.
Where loneliness is pandemic.
Where love is not known.

The ancient paths take us to another place.
Where we find the good.
Where we find love, peace, joy, patience, goodness and self-control.
Where we find rest for our souls.

I want the Ancient path, the old fashioned way, to not live like the people of our time!

My Abba, Father,
I pray that I will be one who listens. I want to stand by the way and see. I want to walk on the Ancient Paths. I praise You that as I do, I find the good and rest for my soul. I praise You that as I do I get to be with You and walk with You. I praise You I get to go back to Eden!
