We just experienced an amazing weekend at Crossroads! We ended the weekend with 101 decisions for Christ! There were 48 total decisions at our Nothing Lost Can’t Be Found performances. Our Spanish ministry came in with an exciting 26 decisions for Christ. And Sunday topped it off with 27 decisions between all three of the services. God’s angels are celebrating!
Our Christmas special Nothing Lost Can’t Be Found was a huge hit! Every singer was phenomenal, the band was remarkable, and the dramatic performance touched hearts. The people I talked to after the performances were in awe of the amazing talent and were moved to tears by the whole performance! The only complaint I heard was that the performance was too short. People didn’t want it to be over!
This weekend, God did what He said He would do in Jer. 33:3: “Cry to Me and I will tell you great and mighty things that you do not know.” I cried out for the right words this weekend. The result was God telling me that I needed to speak to a very specific couple and their situation. As I shared what I sensed God was telling me, that very couple came forward to make decisions for Christ!
The other moment this weekend where God worked in a miraculous way was on Friday evening during Tony’s message. A Spanish speaking family had come to the performance. They do not speak a word of English and yet they understood Tony’s call to come forward and give their lives to Christ. As our Spanish Pastor, Gil Garcia shared with them, they told him that even though they do not understand English, they understood Tony’s message and knew that they wanted a relationship with God. Amazing!
