Community Group Coach Responsibilities PREREQUISITES: Must meet all Facilitator qualifications The community group Coach is the lifeline to our community groups. You will make it possible for every group facilitator and group to be known and cared for in an effective way. A Coach will be accountable to a Ministry Team Leader who will invest in and encourage them. Each Community Team Coach will have between 3-5 Community Group Facilitators that they will oversee and encourage. COMMUNITY GROUP COACH RESPONSIBILITIES: Call each group facilitator 1-2 times a month encouragement prayer needs information both ways Pray for the facilitators they oversee Be available to help with problems or challenges your facilitators may face Very Important!! From the beginning…plan to multiply! We want to keep the group’s small, effective and life changing!!
