What to Expect on Campus
- Check-in opens 15 minutes before each service.
- 0-2 Year Olds check into their own environment inside the Main Worship Center Lobby. Bible teaching, worship, and hands-on learning begins at age 2.
- 3 Year Olds – 5th graders enjoy a mix of indoor and outdoor rotations, which include play, worship, Bible teaching, and Life Groups.

Meet Pastor Lauren
Children's Pastor
Lauren received a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California Irvine and also has a Master’s degree in Christian Education from the Talbot School of Theology. She enjoys spending time soaking up the California sunshine hiking, rollerblading, rock climbing, paddle boarding, and cycling to the beach. Traveling is another passion of hers, and she has traveled to over 30 states and 17 countries. Lauren’s favorite part about serving in ministry is seeing God move in the hearts of the children she teaches as well as their parents.

What ages are included in Crossroads Kids Ministry?
Crossroads Kids serves children from birth through 5th grade during Sunday services at 9AM and 11AM, and Wednesday services at 6:30PM.
How does check-in work for kids?
Check-in opens 15 minutes before each service. Children ages 0–2 check into their own environment in the Main Worship Center Lobby, while ages 2–5th grade join age-appropriate rotations with worship, Bible teaching, and play.
Is Crossroads Kids safe and secure?
Yes. We ensure that all of our ministry areas are safe through a secure check-in system and by thoroughly screening all of our volunteers, including Live Scan fingerprinting. We provide an environment where kids and parents can make connections and know that their kids are being taken care of.
What activities do kids participate in during services?
Children enjoy a mix of indoor and outdoor rotations that include play, worship, Bible teaching, and small group connections called Life Groups.
Does Crossroads offer support for kids with special needs?
Absolutely. A trained team serves kids with special needs during the Sunday 9AM and 11AM services and during the Wednesday 6:30PM service, helping them engage with peers while receiving personalized support.
