Leaders in Training

What is the “Leaders in Training” Program?

Leaders in Training (LIT) is a discipleship and leadership development program for 4th & 5th graders. Rooted in Scripture, LIT equips kids to actively participate in the life of the church while learning what it means to lead with humility, responsibility, and confidence in Christ.

We believe students are not “leaders someday,” but leaders now. God’s Spirit works in kids just as powerfully as in adults, and LIT provides a safe, guided environment for students to grow, serve, and live out their faith.

The Goal of the Program:

The goal of the Leaders in Training program is to help kids discover the gifts God has given them and learn how to use those gifts to serve others. Through hands-on ministry experience, coaching, and encouragement, students grow spiritually while learning how their role matters in the body of Christ.
