Noe has a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies from Hope International University and grew up in Glendora, CA. In his free time, Noe enjoys spending time with his wife, Vivian, and their daughter Selah, as well as deep sea fishing, being in the great outdoors, DIY projects, and reading. His favorite part about ministry is investing in the lives of others and helping them meet God.
